Archery-Competing
So, after three attempts to write more about how competition against others is counterproductive, I decided it sounded just like the other articles that I’ve read on the subject. It made me wonder if I was trying to write something on the topic in order to “keep up” with the others, which would only be another form of competition.

I regularly ask my students “Why do you train?” If you understand that you are working toward making you and your skills better to serve a greater whole, then I think you have it figured out. Those only seeking rank & trophies should review their priorities.
