It has been quite a while since I’ve written anything. This is mostly from running out of time. The days seem to keep getting shorter and they pass by quickly. Hard to believe that its already March.
The upside is that I have plenty going on to keep me out of trouble. The Spring Test is coming up quickly. We’ve started coordinating Gumdo demonstrations for the Summer with the Minnesota Dragon Festival already set. The Chippewa Valley Renaissance Faire, the Lake Superior Dragon Festival and a couple local city celebrations are still being planned.
Several of us are planning to attend the 2011 Haidong Gumdo Pan American Open. This will be the biggest event outside of the World Championships. Fortunately, it’ll be held in Salt Lake City, UT. Between now & then, there are several students to prepare for their black belt testing at this event…and, hopefully, my next testing.
I also have a couple of seminars scheduled for May & June with the great people at Timmerman Taekwondo in Blue Earth, MN.
